Still using an appointment system to manage your group classes?

Most booking systems are built for individual services.
But DancePass is specifically designed for group classes, courses and events, where you can manage not only appointments but also passes, courses and events.

Traditional booking systems like Reservio or Minup focus on the beauty industry

Booked4Us, Reservio, Altegio, Salonic, Minup and others are popular booking systems, but they are optimised for occasional appointments and do not support group classes. Most are geared towards beauty salons rather than regular courses.

How is DancePass different?

DancePass specialises in group classes, providing everything a studio might need. Originating from the dance world, it's now also used by yoga and fitness instructors.
It's not just another booking app, but a full operational management system: courses, events, passes, payments, plus communication and marketing tools.

Our clients in the fitness world

Daniella Jancsó - Santosha Yoga

As a yoga instructor, I use DancePass and love it because everything is really available in one place. I can manage bookings, see passes, track how many sessions remain, send newsletters, create events – all easily, even though I struggle with technical stuff.

The team is incredibly helpful and always responds almost immediately (I don't know how you do it). They listen to feedback and continuously introduce improvements that make the system even more user-friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone, not just for dance, especially if you don't want to subscribe to 100 different programmes.

Anita Makács - Anita Trainings

We really like the DancePass app; it's simple and easy to use! Everyone is helpful and responds immediately whenever we have questions! Even as a non-dance school owner, I absolutely recommend it for fitness or yoga studios as well!

A targeted solution for managing group classes

If you have between 5 and 50 attendees per class, administration, payments, attendance tracking and communication require a completely different approach, and simple appointment systems only automate a small part of your work.

About us

The DancePass story began in August 2022, originally for dance schools.
Our aim was to create a system that understands the world of group classes – where it's not just individual clients, but communities that operate.

From March 2024, the app became available to everyone, and since then fitness studios, yoga and pilates centres have also joined our users.
Thanks to continuous development, the EventPass event management module launched in summer 2023, and in 2025 we introduced the MailPass email marketing system – so today DancePass offers a comprehensive solution not only for dance schools but for all group services.

Ági

I have worked in IT since 2014, focusing on software product development as a product manager since 2018.

Alongside my main job, I have danced competitively for years and have been teaching since January 2024.

Ádám

I have been a programmer since 2018. I started as a backend developer but have worked as a full-stack developer in recent years.

Dance is very important to me; I competed in dance as a child and returned to bachata as an adult, actively competing and teaching.
